  Cool, knowledgeable people who are very fair when it comes to sales and repairs. They won't try to sell you something you don't need and are happy to spend time sorting out any issues you may have.

  Awesome customer service and very helpful. Definitely one of the best PC stores I have been too and actually felt as if they wanted to help me. If my PC breaks or I need to upgrade in the future these guys will be the first place I call. Cheers

  Called them in to SORT OUT THE NBN MESSUPS!!!! Within 15 minutes faults diagnosed. 10 minutes later ALL CORRECTED!!! This firm makes the NBN and others LOOK LIKE AMATEURS!! Great work and they are coming in again next for another diagnosis on different equipment. NBN really means NO BODY NICE.
