    My wife purchased a 9 crt gold ring here, barely wore it for 12 months, then wore it to a concert and when she applauded the act she felt a sharp pain in her finger with the ring, it had disfigured, she is in her 60s. The reaction from the store when she returned to get it fixed was not friendly, we have had to take action elsewhere unfortunately.
