I had (unbeknown to me) a first year apprentice who was 1.5 weeks into his training cut some keys for me. Long story short, nobody there bothered to check his work and I went home (Torryburn - 35 min trip each way) with keys cut on the wrong blanks. Keys I needed to hand over the next day. Their attitude was 'Sorry, come back in and we will fix it'. They weren't prepared to come out here and fix their mistakes, you have to travel back to them - over and over till they get it right.
