  Let's put it this way when you have a young family living in this home that you think is just perfect only to discover water problems, with calcium and mould building up on the walls, (only 2 yr old house) but peters are dumb founded of what the problem is, also trying to make us (the tenants) pay for plumbing bills which they came out to assess the property, but hang on i'm the tenant the landlord is meant to look after us not the other way around.

  4 weeks, 8 phone calls, 6 emails later and we find on Domain it sold for $30,000 under our original offer. Disgraceful service and unethical behaviour.

  It’s been over 15 years since I sacked Peters RE from selling my house and unfortunately the standards have not changed much. Asked for an inspection at a newly listed property and good news Matthew Murphy will be there at 4.30 with another 2 couples. Ok no problem only that Mr Murphy would only take us through one buyer at a time so while we waited with the only 2 children for almost half an hour out the front while the other two looked was the first straw. Second one was the agent lying (tends to be a garantee with this company) he promised to call us once a more suitable property was available as he was only awaiting the contract. Next day that property is on domain 12 hours later still no contact!!!

  We aren't people who want drama in our lives but unfortunately peters have caused us so much drama its made us want to warn everyone of how disrespectful, unresponsive and unorganized they truely are.

  Heads up if your currently searching for a rental property, 19 Finch crescent aberglasslyn is a beautiful home as we treated it as if we owned it but BEWARE you WILL have issues with the en suite bathroom and master bedroom hence one of the reasons we moved out so quickly.

  I am a landlord and I am appalled at their lack of care and ethics... my house was lovely, neat and very clean but left in a dreadful state of disrepair and filthy after the tenant they chose left. The dirty way it was left that they deemed acceptable is definitely a refection on how they must live! Normal people dont live like it!! They refused to handle the tribunal properly and were rude beyond belief.

  Dodgy, incompetent and unreliable. Was told blatant lies and received thinly veiled threats when I asked that one open house be done 1 Hr later that what they wanted. Was told that they don't do 'open houses' and I HAD to do private viewings. Then to top it off, didn't bother showing up to the viewing. Had potential tenants waiting out side in the cold. Did not receive any apologies either. When the time comes for me to rent out my house, will defiantly NOT be using these unethical scumbags.

  Honestly the worst agency I have ever encountered. I enquired on a property in Bolwarra Heights and was told the property had been sold. 4 weeks later they continued to advertise the property for sale, refused to allow inspections AND would not allow me to submit an offer to the owner. My partner told the agent we were looking to submit an offer of $600,000 on the property but he said the property was due to exchange in the coming days and he would not submit it to the owner.
